Last Kaisercraft Wildflower Layout and Card

I have had a lovely time playing with the Wildflower Collection this month...it certainly has been one of my favourite Kaisercraft collections.  I have one more layout and card to share before I move on to other projects.  

This was a very simple layout I made of my friend Carrie on her Wedding Day

And a simple little card I made using the aqua colours from the Collection.

I sprayed the Mandela die cut with Kaiser Mists to match the Glitter Card Stock and sprayed the sentiment as well.

A Video Tutorial for a Set of Pastel Watercolour Cards

Today I am sharing a set of cards I made for Kaisercraft.  These are very simple and fun to make.  They feature two pages from the Kaisercraft Wildflower Collection and a selection of Kaiser Mist colours.  I filmed a Video Tutorial to show you how I made them which you can find at the end of this post.

I kept the design and embellishments very simple because it is a bulk set of cards and when making so many I like to keep things simple.

Kaisercraft Publication - WildFlower Layout

Instructions:

Stamp Script Background Stamp with black ink onto FLEUR reverse.  Colour Floral Wreath Template with Pink Gel Pen onto background.  Colour Butterfly Skies Template with Black Gel Pen onto background.

Ink Collectables and square scraps and layer onto centre of page.  Cut Circle Vine Decorative Die from Black Card Stock and layer under photograph.

Embellish with Wooden Flourishes inked in Black Ink, black sewing thread, Floral Collectables and Black Pearls.

Kaisercraft Wildflower Cards

I'm not sure where the weeks are going! Each time there is a Kaisercraft Group Post, which is every week, I say I promise to be more organised and then all of a sudden it is the night before and I'm whipping up another crafty project in a hurry! Crafting with a little six month old is certainly a challenge! Any of you crafting with little ones reading this? How do you manage it?

I'm sharing a few cards today which I made with the Kaisercraft Wildflower Collection.  This has been one of my favourite collections.  I have used nearly used every scrap of this collection.

Kaisercraft Pawfect Card ~ "A Dog is a Man's Best Friend"

Just a quick little card I'm sharing today using the new "Pawfect" Collection by Kaisercraft and the matching "Pet" Flourishes.

These little wooden flourishes are just awesome for adding the finishing touches to projects.  I chose a very simple design for my card (because I left it to the very last minute to make it).  This is a well-used sketch I fall back on in times of rushed card-making, the three panels behind the focus image.  

I wanted the wooden flourishes be the centrepiece of the card as that was what we were asked to feature.  I simply divided the top square into four parts with a sticker from the sticker sheet, added a sentiment in the middle and then the four flourishes in each corner.  I inked them in Dark Bark ink.

Kaisercraft Ubud Dreams Publications Cards and Layout

Today I'm sharing some recent Publications made with the gorgeous Kaisercraft Ubud Dreams Collection.  These projects were all featured in the Kaisercraft Workshop Magazine for January.  You can download the magazine for free here.

Kaisercraft Embossed Wildflower Cards

Hi Crafty Friends,

I'm just popping in today to share these two very quick and easy cards I made using Kaisercraft's new Embossing Folder

  It can help you whip up some easy and pretty cards for the people in your life who are "amazing" and deserve a little "thank you".  

I used paper from the Wildflower Paper Pad and sprayed it with Pink and Blackberry Kaiser Mists.  Then I wiped the paper over with a Baby Wipe.  The little white blossoms resist the mist and stand through as white.  These cards were super simple to make.  I used a silver Kaisercraft Doily and a couple of paper blooms.  I love a quick and easy card that can be whipped up when you need it.

Kaisercraft Wildflower Mini Album

Hello Blogging Friends,

 Today I am sharing a Mini Album I have made with the gorgeous new Kaisercraft Wildflower collection.

It has been awhile since I have made a Mini Album Project and because this collection is so beautiful I felt inspired to create one!

 

I started with a Kaisercraft Chipboard Album and painted it black.

Then I began decorating with the gorgeous Wildflower papers.

I chose some photos to fill my album.  You could really use any photos with these papers.

I simply printed mine out in black and white to  coordinate them with the papers.

On some pages in my album I chose not use a photo, I used a quote instead.

 The photos I used are some of my two gorgeous nieces taken about seven years ago.

There are lots of lovely positive quotes to use in the Wildflower collection.

And the pastel colours are so pretty!

This collection is full of butterflies and flowers...and what isn't there to love about butterflies and flowers?

This collections goes perfectly with Kaisercraft's Glitter Card Stock too.

I added some more quotes in with the Kaisercraft Sticker Sheets.

Finally onto the last page.

I kept the Back Cover very simple.

Well, I hope you enjoyed my Mini - Album!
